Dairy Free Chocolate Pudding🤤

  • 1 can of coconut milk

  • 1/3 cup of baking chocolate powder

  • 1/4 cup of cornstarch +2 tbsp

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup of granulated sugar


  1. In a bowl mix all of the ingredients with a whisk.

  2. Put them in a small pot and continuously whisk on medium heat.

  3. Add the 2 tbsp of cornstarch stirring to get rid of lumps.

  4. Keep whisking until pudding thickens significantly.

  5. Serve warm or let cool in fridge. (Me personally, I prefer pudding cold).

Because this is such a rich dessert, I reccomend a half cup for serving.
