Dairy Free Chocolate Pudding🤤
1 can of coconut milk
1/3 cup of baking chocolate powder
1/4 cup of cornstarch +2 tbsp
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
In a bowl mix all of the ingredients with a whisk.
Put them in a small pot and continuously whisk on medium heat.
Add the 2 tbsp of cornstarch stirring to get rid of lumps.
Keep whisking until pudding thickens significantly.
Serve warm or let cool in fridge. (Me personally, I prefer pudding cold).
Because this is such a rich dessert, I reccomend a half cup for serving.
