Blood Heritage by Jesse Booth

Draven Denholm has just been turned into a vampire by his father. To prove his loyalty as a Denholm he must infiltrate and eliminate a vampire hunter's hideout. After his mission, he is faced with nagas who have killed his father and are intent on destroying him. He needs to unite all the great vampire nations to stop this shapeshifter threat. But will they listen?

What can I say about Jesse's short story? It was amazing! His descriptions were on point and it painted a picture for me. I didn't want Blood Heritage to end! Even though it was six chapters, it had me hooked from beginning to end. However, it wasn't clear which period it took place in and I had a hard time placing the timeline. But other than that it blew me away.
