James dreams of returning to Never Land after he spent three glorious days there. His passion becomes an obsession well into his adulthood. He soon joins BlackBeard's crew, the pirate he admired, and his seven seas adventures begin. The ultimate goal: find Never Land and befriend Peter once more.


Another sad story of a villain who had lost all hope. It was really reminiscent of Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie. A book I absolutely loved growing up. At times, it felt like I was reading his words. The whole story fit and made sense to me. The reason Hook got his name, why Peter even cut off his hand, and the reason there was a clock in Tick Tock the crocodile. It was a novella worthy of having J.M. Barrie's told again from Hook's perspective.
