What if Mulan had to travel to the Underworld?

This book was excellent! One of the best I've read in a long time. It made me fall in love with Mulan all over again. When Li Shang is cut down by Shan Yu, Mulan must go to Diyu, the underworld, to bring him home. Unfortunately, the King of Diyu, Yama, throws obstacles in her way. She only has until the night otherwise she will be trapped and become a demon.

It exceeded my expectations. It was all about loving yourself, loving who you see in the mirror, and for those who grew up in the '90s will send a wave of nostalgia over you. I loved it. I am anxious to read more by Elizabeth Lim.
