When she must travel back to her hometown, Jayde secretly befriends two siblings with a haunted past of their own. As her own painful memories begin to overwhelm, Jayde must make a choice: remain chained to a familiar but hurtful past, or reveal all of her darkest secrets for what could be a better future.

I couldn't have found a better read! I loved every moment. The dialogue was so realistic! The characters felt like genuine people. And I could relate to Amber so much! I cried with joy when Amanda Denham addressed child abuse. A topic that is very dear to my heart. She is helping spread the word that it exists and people, as adults, suffer from PTSD. I will warn my Christian readers, though, that it contains four f-words, one exclamation of the Lord's name in vain, and a lot of goshes.

Sin Eater is perhaps the most realistic book I've ever read. And the character Jayde is so relatable! Four out of 5 stars! ****

I also did an author interview with Amanda Denham on my Instagram. Link below if you want to check it out. The link to her book is also below.
